Delicious Dishes
|
Andy Müller was born in Switzerland, where he
also started his carrier as Chef de Cuisine. He honed his skills as
Executive Chef at leading hotels and restaurants in Switzerland, before
he ventured abroad for his first assignment at a newly opened resort hotel in
Thailand. His work soon brought him to Koh Samui, where he took the
opportunity to establish his own gourmet restaurant "Chez Andy" at
Chaweng Beach.The dishes below represent just a few gourmet examples
of Andy's expertise and repertoire of international and

Day fresh King prawns served on fresh salad with a cocktail sause, toast
and butter. |
