Andy's Delicious Dishes

Andy Müller was born in Switzerland, where he also started his carrier as Chef de Cuisine. He honed his skills as Executive Chef at leading hotels and restaurants in Switzerland, before he ventured abroad for his first assignment at a newly opened resort hotel in Thailand. His work soon brought him to Koh Samui, where he took the opportunity to establish his own gourmet restaurant "Chez Andy" at Chaweng Beach.

The dishes below represent just a few gourmet examples of Andy's expertise and repertoire of international and traditional Swiss cooking:

Starters:
King Prawn Cocktail Day fresh King prawns served on fresh salad with a cocktail sause, toast and butter.
Saumon Fumee Norwegian smoked salmon with horseradish sause, toast and butter.
Carpaccio Traditional finely sliced tenderloin, marinated with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Topped with Parmesan cheese.
Chicken Satay Marinated chickenfilet on skewer with chili sauce.
Tom Yang Goong Spicy, sour prawn soup, with touch of chili and limes.
Salads:
Yam Med Mamuang Spicy Thai salad with cashew nuts, chili, red shallots, spring onions and lime juice.
Laarb Gai Nuea Minced chicken, pork or beef with thai herbes on a bed of lettuce.
Salade Saucisses et de Frommage Swiss sausage and cheese salad.
Insalata Caprese Tomato salad with mozzarella , Balsamic and olive oil.
Seafood Salade Seafood Salad.
Main Courses:
Piccata Milanese Pork meat in parmesan cheese, champignons mushroom and ham stripes, served with saffron risotto.
Züricher Geschnetzeltes & Rösti Sliced pork Zurich style with hashed browned potatoes - "Rösti"
Filet de boeuf Rossini Tender fillet of beef with goose liver, truffles and port wine sauce.
Guay tiao pad Thai Fried noodles with beansprouts, peanuts, shrimps and Thai herbes.
Rahmschnitzel Pork escalope topped with a creamy mushroom sauce.
Steaks:
All steaks are served with a side dish on your choice and different sauces. Side dishes: Gratinated potato, roasted potato, fries, mashed potato, noodles, spaghetti, dumplings, rice and vegetable.
